Hello from Ian, our Founder & Chief Strategist. Ian has gained deep experience in several senior HR positions within leading global organisations and more recently in providing consultancy support to a wide range of businesses. Having lived and worked in Asia and travelled extensively for work he has built unique global insight and experience.
